'Sancte Spiritus' window, artist and date unknown.

The inscription, "Veni sancte spiritus et emitte coelitus lucis tuae radium" (Come, Holy Spirit, send forth the heavenly radiance of your light) is from a medieval prayer that is recited or sung during Pentecost. It is sometimes called the "Golden Sequence."

The dove is an ancient symbol of the Holy Spirit.
